Balancing Life
This morning, I had a training webinar about balancing work and personal life. Although the speaker was really high-pitched and hard to listen to, I was still able to jot down a few helpful tips:
1. Take care of yourself first. Like the old adage on putting on your airplane mask before your child, concentrate on yourself first before you loose yourself in others or the task at hand.

Although I’m looking forward to change, I have to be honest and say I’m definitely going to miss the perks of living in the South Bay. Of course I’ll still be here for work and can always drive down but it really won’t be the same as living here.

I know I should be in some sort of “in-love-with-the-world” kind of high, but still feel far from it. September should be a good month, but all I can think of is hiding under a rock. October will be a life changing month and I’d like to avoid the inevitable as much as I can.
Sigh…whatever this is, I pray for a miracle and the courage to let it happen.
